Located just off the dining room, the bar area features classic leather armchairs and is fully equipped with an ice maker, beverage drawers, and wine refrigerator — all thoughtfully stocked with regional wines, Italian beers, and aperitivo ingredients.
Living Room
The first floor living room is designed for an effortless indoor/outdoor flow, with custom seating for 10 opening onto the main courtyard and a 495-square-foot terrace with sweeping views. Custom-made bookcases flank the wood-burning fireplace crafted from Langhe stone.
Wine Cellar
Located on the lower level, the wine cellar is home to a curated collection of 1,000 local and regional wines. A dedicated tasting room provides the ideal setting for private tours and guided tastings.
Game Loft
Overlooking the dining room, the game loft offers a playful retreat centered around an antique game table designed for chess, checkers, Mahjong, poker, and other card games.
Pool
Framed by the breathtaking vistas of the Alta Langa, the 50-foot heated saltwater pool offers the perfect setting to embrace the Italian art of il dolce far niente. The terrace, finished in local Pietra di Luserna tiles, features 10 daybeds, a heated spa, and an outdoor shower.

Located between the living and dining rooms, the gourmet kitchen is outfitted with luxury appliances including a gas Ilve range, SKS refrigerator, and Miele dishwasher. A central island with seating provides the perfect place for casual dining or entertaining.
Cinema
Located on the first floor, the cinema features an 85-inch TV, Sonos sound system, and Apple TV — all complemented by custom, plush seating for a theater-quality experience.
Office
A thoughtfully designed workspace on the second floor, the private office is complete with a spacious desk, printer, Castellamonte wood-burning stove, and serene views of the Alta Langa.
