    The Estate

    borgo castellengo

Seventy five private acres of slow luxury

Borgo Castellengo sits within 75 acres of rolling hills in Alta Langa and is currently being restored to reflect its rich heritage. Encompassing a villa set to open in 2027 and a hotel in 2028, the estate will also feature a one-acre stone-walled monumental park, serene flower gardens, and three hectares of newly planted vineyards that reflect the agricultural history of the land.

As a true working farm, the estate will cultivate its own seasonal produce in organic culinary and herb gardens, alongside a traditional greenhouse, two hectares of hazelnut groves, and truffle grounds that honor Piemonte’s most treasured delicacy.

    Then & Now

    A philosophy carved in stone

Historical records note that one of the original buildings bore the inscription "HIC LABOR QUIES SANITAS," a Latin phrase loosely translated as "Here is work, rest, and health." It reflects a way of life shaped by balance, wellbeing, and the rhythms of the landscape—a philosophy that continues to define Borgo Castellengo today.
