    Restoration

History, thoughtfully refined for modern luxury

Over the past three years, the Villa has been impeccably transformed from a nineteenth-century farmhouse into a modern luxury retreat. The exterior features original Pietra di Langa stone, preserved as part of UNESCO's heritage commitment, while the interiors reflect Piemonte artistry—from custom solid oak kitchen cabinets by Dami&Dami to Nicolazzi bathroom fixtures and bespoke furnishings by Tesio, a locally celebrated artisan.

Sustainability has also been central to the restoration. A 20 kW solar system powers the Villa, supported by rainwater harvesting and filtration, triple-pane steel windows, high-performance insulation, and a state-of-the-art heat pump. Electric vehicle charging stations offer an added modern convenience.
